At The Luxe Rose Project, we strive to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Many of our items are carefully handmade, customized, or curated in limited quantities, and we work hard to ensure each order is packaged with care and attention to detail.

In some cases, additional processing time may be needed for made-to-order or handcrafted items. If your order will require extended production or shipping time, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

At The Luxe Rose Project, many of our items are handmade, custom-created, or individually curated with care. Because of the handcrafted nature of certain products, slight variations in color, placement, texture, or design may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each piece.

Many of our collections and designs are produced in limited quantities, and some items may be one-of-a-kind or singular availability. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.

Due to the custom, handmade, and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist you appropriately.
