Yesterday I got to see @melrobbins live on her Let Them Tour. It was amazing and I’m still thinking about it. There were so many words of wisdom and moments of laughter. Connection with not only her but with total strangers. I am still thinking about it today.

One of the biggest takeaways for me:
You’re going to change one way or another… the real question is are you changing for the better? Or for the worse?

And that hit me. Hard.

It hit me because whether consciously or not we make decisions every day that take us closer or further from our dreams. The reality is, is that building something, whether it’s your life, your mindset, or your business, doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by decision. By action. By showing up even when it’s uncomfortable. By showing up even when you are the only one who believes in your dreams. By getting up for yourself every single morning. 5,4,3,2,1…Go. Don’t think. Do. Let others doubt you. Let them judge. Let them not believe. Then let yourself get back to work. Let yourself decide that you are going to show up every single day.

At the end of the night she asked a question.
“If money didn’t matter & you didn’t care what other people think… what would you do?”

We wrote our answers down, passed them around, and ended up holding someone else’s.

The one I got said:
“More of this but better.”

I can’t stop thinking about that.

To me, that means:
More belief in yourself.
More consistency.
More courage to go after what you actually want.
More showing up for your dreams… but doing it better, stronger, and more intentionally every day.

Whoever wrote that, I hope you chase it relentlessly.

What did I write?
I wrote that I want to build a business that gives back.

And I’m done just thinking about it.
I’m choosing to do something about it.

So this is me—showing up.
For my business. For my goals. For the life I know I can build.

Loss is never easy, but it is worse when it is so unexpected. I try to keep this account dedicated to my company, but my personal world has been rocked with the loss of my dad this week. He was so full of life and hope and dreams. It is hard to know he is gone. I miss him and know he’s with my brother watching over me, but it doesn’t make my heart hurt less. Wish I could just hug him one more time and tell him I love him. Life is short people, don’t waste it.
